Restrictions
- Maximum weight: 110 kg.
- Bicycles cannot be parked outdoors after sunset.
Responsibility
- You have a 15-minute window after receiving the bicycle to report any visible damage.
- The user is responsible for any damage incurred to the bicycle during the rental period.

- Our family bike is perfect for parents traveling with their children and wishing to enjoy Bilbao comfortably.
- Our bike can carry up to 120 kg and has room for four children up to 7-8 years old on the two benches.
- The cabin that encloses and protects the children provides good security, as the frame is structured as a closed double-tube frame without corners, composed of an upper and lower frame welded together with vertical sections of steel.
