If you need to return the bike outside our business hours, we will provide you with a code to securely park it inside our facilities until 10:00 PM.
Yes, we have a secure area where you can store your personal belongings during the rental period.
If you experience a flat tire, we will provide you with a contact number so you can report the issue. We’ll be happy to assist you.
If you encounter a problem with the bike within the first 15 minutes of the rental, we’ll offer you a replacement bike at no additional cost. While we strive to keep our bikes in perfect condition, if the damage is caused by you, you will be responsible for covering the repair costs.
In case of light rain, we offer ponchos for our customers at an additional cost of €2. If there is heavy rain at the time of departure, we’ll give you the option to reschedule your booking for another time or day.
